Zastc Fitness Classes
Over a 60 min class our instructors lead you through a variety of workouts designed to build your body to perform.
To us, the body was meant to move… meant to live. We choose to focus this program on how our bodies feel and perform, not just how they look.
- You will find warm ups that help facilitate proper movement and air recovery from previous workouts or even old high school injuries.
- You will get stronger lifting weights.
- You will get faster running, rowing, biking to build your engine.
- You will move better doing gymnastics exercises.
