Our athletes are instructed by USAW weightlifting coaches for their weightlifting sessions. The expertise and attention to detail from these experienced coaches helps our athletes break through plateaus and reach new heights.
Our athletes are provided with the highest quality equipment available. From platforms, to competition plates and barbells, our athletes are equipped to perform.
We build competitors. Whether you are 12 years old or 60, our athletes strive to be the best they can be. In competition, we support our athletes by showing up, providing warm up instructions, strategy directives and fueling guidelines.
Our program is written by professionals. The program is periodized for your strength adaptation with deload build in. This means you can expect to see strength gains, with out experiencing overload.
We only provide two times for our athletes to attend weightlifting. This is done so that our lifters can be a part of the community, build relationships and learn from one another.
