Ready to get in shape, short on time, or not sure where to start?
Zastc SWEAT (Simple Workouts Effective and Timely) is a 4-week, high-energy bootcamp style class designed for people of ANY fitness level. During our semi-private 30 minute SWEAT classes, one of our awesome Zastc coaches will lead you through a fun, yet challenging workout where you will perform bodyweight as well as dumbbell or kettlebell exercises.
At the beginning of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to attend our nutrition clinic, where you’ll receive individualized advice on the kinds and amounts of food to eat for your specific goal. We’ll also conduct an assessment on your current fitness level, which we will then retest at the end of the program.
